Sandy Mackay

Sandy MacKay is a real estate strategist, investor, and entrepreneur. He founded Found Spaces Realty Group and Found Spaces Property Management to help buyers, sellers, and investors make smarter real estate moves across Hamilton, Burlington, and Niagara. He has been investing since 2012 and a full-time Ontario realtor since 2014. Sandy co-hosted the Breakthrough Real Estate Investing Podcast, Canada's top real estate investing show, with more than 2 million downloads. Over the years he has coached and mentored 300+ realtors and investors, scaled a Vaughan brokerage past 100 agents in its first year, and joined Real Brokerage in 2026. He is a faith-based Christian and supports charitable efforts focused on housing and faith-based initiatives.
